Tre resoconti di Muhammad al-Kashshi sugli ashab al-igma'. Note preliminari

This article is focused on three reports that we find only in the Ikhtiyar ma'rifat al-Rijal written by al-Kashshi (Xth century). These reports are dedicated to three generations of lawyers, disciples of the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth imams: they are the ashab al-ijma’. These texts are particularly interesting for the elaboration of the law in medieval times.

Il lavoro si concentra su tre resoconti contenuti nell'Ikhtiyar ma'rifat al-rijal di al-Kashshi, dedicati a tre generazioni successive di giuristi, compagni del quinto, sesto, settimo e ottavo imam, oggetto di consenso unanime. I testi qui presi in esame sono di particolare interesse per le numerose implicazioni che hanno nell'ambito del fiqh.
