The recovery building site presents some elements of uncertainty due to the lack of knowledge of the object to recover, to the use of tools, to the techniques and non qualified labour, to the site morphological-dimensional features and to the object of intervention.Even the law that deals with building site safety and quality is mostly addressed towards the new construction buildings and defines rules for the organization of construction companies and for the quality and safety management of during the intervention.The main documentation about the management quality system in the building yard is contained in the Quality Manual and the Quality Plan. Their aim is to have the building intervention performed according to the planning and design phases, thanks also to the numerous control actions. Lastly, more flexible safety plans and organizational structure are required for a recovery building site. Indeed, the analysis of problems related to the recovery building site highlights the need to increase flexibility in procedures, activities and roles of the operators involved in the intervention process, enhancing communication and control.
