Constitutional Language and European Integration

The publication is about the linguistic pluralism in the EU. In particular, it focuses on the mediation of the constitutional language in the European Integration. The definition of the rules for the use of the European lexicon is one of the fundamental part of this work, based on the principles that regulate the meaning of the constitutional terms in the European Union legal order.

La pubblicazione si occupa del pluralismo linguistico nell'U.E. alla luce del Trattato di Lisbona e, in particolare, della “mediazione” esercitata dal linguaggio costituzionale degli Stati nazionali all’interno del processo d'integrazione europea e sui principi che regolano il significato dei termini giuridici di rilievo costituzionale nell’ordinamento sovranazionale.
