In this short paper some new results regarding a class of linear systems, defined as All-Pass Mixed Systems (APMS), are reported. In particular it is shown that the closed loop eigenvalues, when a normalized LQR regulator is used, are given from the union of those of the open-loop all-pass part of the system with the optimal closed-loop eigenvalues of the other subsystem.

Abstract
