In this paper the epistemological question assumes its centrality. If you overtake the prohibition of interrogating nature on its deepest raison d'être, it is evident that it is not only possible but also necessary to reconcile rational enquiry and politics, rational enquiry and history. Here, a positive provocation comes from Habermas, who as to the pre-political foundations of the democratic state of law defends an epistemological position that fits perfectly the need of the Entmythisierung, of demythologizing. Demythologizing and willingness to learn: two rational attitudes but also two essential forms of resistance to the epistemological closure and to the dogmatism of the doxa.

Abstract
In this paper the epistemological question assumes its centrality. If you overtake the prohibition of interrogating nature on its deepest raison d'être, it is evident that it is not only possible but also necessary to reconcile rational enquiry and politics, rational enquiry and history. Here, a positive provocation comes from Habermas, who as to the pre-political foundations of the democratic state of law defends an epistemological position that fits perfectly the need of the Entmythisierung, of demythologizing. Demythologizing and willingness to learn: two rational attitudes but also two essential forms of resistance to the epistemological closure and to the dogmatism of the doxa.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
