Abstract
Heavy ions experiments at intermediate energy have demonstrate the presence of a complex multifragmentation mechanism. At present the process has not an unique interpretation and it seems to be deeply related to some basic properties of the nuclear equation of state. Experimentally, a proper analysis of the process requires the detection of many particles emitted in a large solid angles by using 4 pi devices with high detection efficiency, low detection threshold and high granularity.File in questo prodotto:
