The Hegelian philosophy exposed in the Phenomenology of Spirit implies a fundamental dichotomy: that of the “solid” and of the “liquid”. This dichotomy is deeper and more native than the triad thesis-antithesis-synthesis that constitutes the basic scheme of the dialectics. To the solid and the liquid respectively correspond the general categories of the Politics one and the Economics one (of the Apollonian and the Dionysian, of the Theory and the Praxis); in brief: of the Certainty and of the Truth. These categories don’t oppose each other in the dialectical sense of the term: when the solid and the liquid come into contact it happens the phenomenon of the revolution. The revolutionary moment occurs when the certainty takes precedence (periodically, ie historically) on the truth.
