Abstract
A new naphthalimide derivative bearing a tetrathia-azacrown forhigh affinity and selective binding to Cu+ was synthesised. Copperrecognition properties in solution were evaluated using 1H NMR andfluorescence spectroscopy. Live cell imaging by confocal microscopyhighlighted the capabilities of the newsensor for the two-wavelengthdetection of intracellular monovalent copper in neuronal cells.File in questo prodotto:
