The desorption and fragmentation of dipeptide samples was investigated through Cf-252-PDMS and FAB techniques. The results for the dipeptides Ala-Ala (molecular weight 160) and Ala-Leu (molecular weight 202) were discussed and compared to previously reported investigations.
