Abstract
We report on the performance of proximity focused and electrostatically focused hybrid photodiodes under realistic experimental conditions. Gain linearity and energy resolution have been measured by coupling the devices to an inorganic scintillator crystal exposed to a 60Co source. Apparently surprising results have been obtained when measuring the performance in a magnetic field.File in questo prodotto:
