In accordance with international guidelines, we can conclude that, in consideration of sensitivity and specificity limit of existing biomarkers, needs to obtain the diagnosis of HCC using sequence data obtained by clinical evaluation, the combined dosage of a different tumor markers sensitivity and specificity and the use of reliable imaging techniques as ultrasound contrast enanced (CEUS) and if necessary computed tomography (CT) and, need, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
