Un percorso didattico sui baricentri di poligoni e poliedri

The paper presents and discusses about a peculiar perspective from which students can be introduced to barycentre of polygons and polyhedrons and their properties. However the main achievement of the paper is that the proposed approach will enable the students to understand how to get to a general theory by means of generalization steps. In particular, properties valid for any polygon and polyhedron are shown to hold, by generalizing basic theorems about triangles, quadrilaterals and tetrahedra. Teachers can test such an approach in class in order to improve the geometrical skills of the students.
