The submitted study intends to provide a valuation model to support wind energy planning at provincial scale, referring to the case study of the Syracuse’s territory. The model combines economic-financial and qualitative valuations with the support of the spatial analysis by the GIS instrument, to provide multiple project layouts coherent with the system of values and ponderation factors by means of which the objectives of territorial and energy policy are represented.
