During one of his many visit, Vitaly Voloshin invited Lucia to study the problem to determine G - desingns having gaps in their chromatic spectrum. Lucia examined this problem and found many cases of P_3 - designes with this property. Until today, these remain the only known cases of G - designes having gaps in their chromatic spectrum. In this paper we give a survey about the result obtained by Lucia on this subject and present some open problems.

Abstract
