In this letter it is proved as the dynamics of the Colpitts-like Oscillator can be generated by connecting three State Controlled CNN cells. It is further remarked as the complex behavior of the Colpitts system can be obtained by using a CNN based circuit, The circuit implementation of the proposed cell-based system is presented. Both simulated and experimental results are reported.
