Il crowdfunding culturale per le biblioteche. Un caso di studio: il progetto di raccolta fondi per il finanziamento del 'Catalogo degli incunaboli conservati presso le biblioteche catanesi'

This paper is focused on a specific crowdfunding project, ‘Incunaboli a Catania’; it allows to share with readers the methods used during the campaign that has recently been closed and which has been financed by the community going well beyond the expectations of the creators. Based on the analysis of the data of the project, linked to the publication of the incunabula catalog of one of the two largest historical libraries in Catania (drawn up according to a new approach recently launched) the paper wants to share the informations at each stage (definition of contents, budget, collaborators for multimedia elements, identification of the audience, recognition of rewards, launch of project, work 'behind the scenes' through social networks, but also traditional presentations).
