Abstract
The cationic zinc porphyrin 1 is a promising chiroptical probe, which operates at micro- molar concentrations, for the structure of left-handed Z- DNA. By application of different spectroscopic techniques, it has been proposed the possible origin for a clear-cut discrimination between B- and Z-DNA in the presence of zinc porphyrin.File in questo prodotto:
