Discriminazione collettiva per nazionalità e legittimazione ad agire delle associazioni nel caso di diniego dell’assegno per il nucleo familiare ai cittadini di paesi terzi

Abstract: The comment is focused on two judgments of the Italian Corte di Cassazione (nr. 11165 and nr. 11166 of 08 may 2017) that have reconstructed the notion of collective discrimination based on nationality in a case of refusal to give of the check for household to third-country nationals who are long-term residents in Italy. At the same time, the Corte di Cassazione has recognised the legal action to organisations in cases of collective discriminations based on nationality.
