On the basis of obtained data, authors question the validity of self-eating for the considered age, with reference both to the administration modalities and to external criteria. They suggest also some remarks for the evaluation of anxiety through a multiple rating.

Abstract
Authors point out the usefulness of an 'objective' measurement of anxiety in the age of primary school, and use to this purpose a self-rating inventory (the Anxiety Scale for Evolutive Age) in a sample of 90 children (mean age 8y.7m.) The relationships between Anxiety scores and many indexes (sex, sociocultural level, intelligence, performance, adjustment, etc.) are examined. On the basis of obtained data, authors question the validity of self-eating for the considered age, with reference both to the administration modalities and to external criteria. They suggest also some remarks for the evaluation of anxiety through a multiple rating.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
