The paper aims to identify the impacts of eco-sustainable building on the environment and how EcoHouse properties differ from the traditional property market in relation to related costs, any benefits in the medium-long term and the materials used. Eco-sustainability and sustainable development are issues that involve, as well as the natural environment, particularly the economic and social environment, and for this reason it is appropriate to carry out an analysis showing the relative benefits in terms of impact on the environment, including reference to reduction of pollutant emissions, recycling of resources, and economic savings for society. EcoHouse Immobiliare is a company founded by a group of experts with twenty years of experience. The product offered insure a significant cost-saving, about the consumption of resources for the maintenance of the household. In fact, an optimization of resources can be achieved through the use of the equipment included such as: solar panels, hot water boilers and systems for thermal and sound-proofed insulation, that minimize energy wastage and promote, at the same time, the development of a circular economy in which the output of one process becomes the input of another, so that better preserve the environment for future generations.
