The wellness economy is growing at the global level, and it is more than 5% of global economic output, and near the half of the world health expenditure. This latter has been assessed in 7,3 trillion US dollars in 2015. Over the 2013-2015 period, the total economy decreased by 3.6%, while the wellness industry increased by 10.6%. Wellness tourism had the same figure, increasing more than tourism itself. In the global framework, some Countries of MENA (Middle East and North Africa) are entering the wellness and the hot spring thermal markets, challenging Countries of long-lasting thermal culture. Morocco and Tunisia worth particular attention, both for the strong increasing of the thermal offer and the diffusion of places linked to the Roman Empire history and culture. This work addresses the thermal offer of these Countries, analyzing the spa and wellness tourism through the case study method. Morocco hosts near 1,800 spas; the total earnings are 244 million US dollars, and the employment is nearly 13 thousand workers. Tunisia shows lower features, spas are nearly 200, earning 76 million US dollars, and employing nearly 3 thousand workers.
