To date, four humanistic translations of the epigram of Pollianus (AP 11, 127) are known. To these, the author of the contribution adds a further one, identified within the Vat. lat. 2836 (XVI sec. in.): this is an outstanding text, since it is the only versio that bears in the titulus the attribution to the Greek model.
Alle quattro traduzioni umanistiche già note di un epigramma di Polliano (AP 11, 127), l’autore del contributo ne aggiunge una quinta, da lui identificata nel Vat. lat. 2836 (XVI sec. in.): una versio di particolare importanza, poiché è l'unica ad indicare nel titulus l’attribuzione del modello greco.
