Ben Amar and Bianca valuably reviewed the state of the art of fibrosis modeling approach scenario [1]. Each paragraph identifies and examines a specific theoretical tool according to their scale level (molecular, cellular or tissue). For each of them it is shown the area of application, along with a clear description of strong and weak points. This critical analysis denotes the necessity to develop a more suitable and original multiscale approach in the future [2]. For the reviewed models the respective authors obtain interesting results using both programming languages such as C and Fortran, and mathematical software like Mathematica and Matlab. These model approaches own specific libraries and tools, e.g. ODE 45 for Matlab and the success in getting fast results depends also on tools features [3], [4]. To this end, in the review paper by Ben Amar and Bianca, it could be useful to associate to each approach a specific tool; however, the authors presented a good selection of existing modeling approaches in literature.
