The paper investigates whether and in which cases the acts of sporting justice are relevant in ordinary jurisdiction (art. 1, comma 2, l. n. 280/2003) despite the fact that this matter is reserved to the sports jurisdiction (art. 2). The author disagrees with those who investigate the type or the importance of the damaged interest and focuses first the ratio of the reserve to the sports system and then on groups of cases for which are not found the requirements underlying this reserve.
