Il work life blending nell'era della on demand economy

The paper is dedicated to the analysis of on demand work starting from the work-life blending point of view. After highlighting different forms of manifestation of work-life blending, the Author investigates the way work-life blending can represent, from one side, a way of work performance and, from the other, both an index of subordination of on demand work and a helpful tool of interpretation of the latter. The analysis is grounded on the overall thesis according to which work-life blending is a dangerous way of balancing life and work that, introduced like a resource, can become a trap.
