The EU Reg. n. 1369/2017 has updated the rules and requirements for Energy Labelling, outlining the design and the content of the Energy Label in order both to empower the consumers’ ability to choose the most energetically efficient products and influence the market. The European legislator has thus adopted a new conception of the role of the consumer in the market, since he/she stops being a weak subject to become a positive actor in the achievement of the aims sought by the Regulator.
