The Authors reported 4 cases of Poland Syndrome. In one of these was possible to perform a skin and muscle biopsy. The clinical aspects of the patients, compared with those observed in the literature are reported. The disease is a malformative syndrome, and the histological features of skin and muscle appeared not structurally affected.
