Severity of pelvic organ prolapse grade and length of the pathology were found to be the most relevant factors interfering with Quality of life. Conclusions. Results found that women with high pelvic organ prolapse grades were more ashamed and perceived themselves less self-efficient than women with a low grade. These negative psychological outcomes should not be undervalued
