A new simplified scheme for the Chua oscillator, by using a state controlled cellular nural network (SC-CNN) is reported. Th enumber of operational amplifiers (opamps) for the introduced implementaiton hs been greatly reduced with respect to previous realizations. Experimental and simulation results ro show the suitability of the considered configuration.
