The world of work has profoundly changed in the last decade, and this has required people to actively work at constructing their professional lives. For these reasons, career counselors have recognized the need to consider the role of resources such as professional adaptability, optimism and hope. To support these re- sources, a training programme was developed, involving 180 students, aged between 13 and 17 years, divided equally into experimental and control groups. Data analyses showed an increase in the resources that the training included.

Abstract
