We calculate the twist-four, spin-two contributions to the lowest moments of the structure functions F1, F2, and F3 for isoscalar targets. We argue and show explicitly that the effect on R and R is mainly coming from the four-quark operators in the operator-product expansion. The matrix elements of these operators can be calculated using the MIT bag model. The uncertainty in the determination of sin2W due to the higher-twist effects is about 1%.

Abstract
