Puntualizzano la necessità di un trattamento di reidratazione tempestivo e concludono affermando che in questi casi risulta importante l’ospedalizzazione per il reintegro idrico-salino al fine di evitare il collasso di circolo che potrebbe aumentare l’incidenza di mortalità.
