This text deals with the crucial theme of landscape, conceived as a laboratory for experimentation and elaboration of collaborative actions, aimed to build shared scenarios. Authors move from the assumption that the discourse around landscape has some contact points with that of commons. In this framework, the article presents a reflection on the effectiveness of landscape plan policies and their transposition at the local level. The last part proposes an operational perspective in landscape planning: an approach of co-governance conceived as a strategy able to foster collective action in order to take care of landscapes as commons. A practical example is presented and discussed within the context of one of the Italian River Agreements.

Abstract
This text deals with the crucial theme of landscape, conceived as a laboratory for experimentation and elaboration of collaborative actions, aimed to build shared scenarios. Authors move from the assumption that the discourse around landscape has some contact points with that of commons. In this framework, the article presents a reflection on the effectiveness of landscape plan policies and their transposition at the local level. The last part proposes an operational perspective in landscape planning: an approach of co-governance conceived as a strategy able to foster collective action in order to take care of landscapes as commons. A practical example is presented and discussed within the context of one of the Italian River Agreements.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
