Il reclutamento “provvisorio” dell’insegnante di sostegno nella scuola secondaria, privo di esperienze nel settore e del titolo di specializzazione previsto dalla normativa vigente, genera non poche perplessità sulla qualità dei processi di inclusione. In siffatte circostanze, l’operatore pedagogico territoriale, che opera negli osservatori d’area per la dispersione e l’inclusione scolastica, è il professionista esperto in discipline psico-pedagogiche che potrebbe indirizzare tale docente a progettare ed implementare buone pratiche didattiche inclusive, offrendo consulenze elaborate su presupposti teorici secondo cui la formazione in servizio è un modello di ricerca-azione ineludibile per una scuola dal volto ecosistemico.
