Gastro-intestinal carcinoid is a rare tumor. The association of this tumor with chylous ascites is uncommon. Werner (2002) et al. brings a review of the literature in English language containing only 15 cases. We report a case of chylous ascites, gastro-intestinal carcinoid tumor and elevated blood levels of CA125 no-responder to chemotherapy .
