this paper is aimed to the application of the concept of embodiment to cultural and archaeological tourism. Conceived as process of activation of cognitive and corporal phenomena, as reaction moved by attending precise spaces (agent and able to modify and recreate a new view of the place itself), the embodiment can be reasonably applied to archaeological tourism. here, as a matter of fact, the places to be visited allow to travel in space, time and human being. then, we propose for the first time a new theo ry: re-embodiment, that is reincarnation, intended as mimesis and re-creative process of a deeply anthropic space
