The pedagogy of work, interpreted in the complexity of emerging expressions in the course of its evolution, is by definition far from a merely economic view of the relationship existing between the person and the work. The capacitative dimension of professional action can be interpreted in a dualistic "vision", as a promotion of the educational - formative dimension inherent in the work itself or as the preparation of the subject to the social.In this context, European policies aim at consolidation the innovative capacity and the development of a creative economy, through the strengthening of the role of education and research in that triangle of knowledge that can allow to exploit talents and skills of the defined generation “Millennials”.To this end, what future does it emerge for training and for the construction of the professional self? And for the generative development of people through the imminent scenario of skills inherent in the new Capability Approach? The article aims to answer these questions.
La pedagogia del lavoro, interpretata nella complessità delle espressioni emergenti nel corso del suo evolversi, è per definizione lontana da una visione meramente economicistica del rapporto esistente tra la persona e il lavoro. A riguardo, la dimensione capacitante dell’agire professionale può essere interpretata in una “visione” dualistica, come promozione della dimensione educativo – formativa insita nel lavoro stesso ovvero come preparazione del soggetto al sociale.In questo contesto, le politiche europee puntano al consolidamento della capacità innovativa e allo sviluppo di un’economia creativa, attraverso il rafforzamento del ruolo dell’istruzione e della ricerca in quel triangolo della conoscenza che possa consentire di valorizzare talenti e competenze della generazione definita “Millennials”.A tal fine, quale futuro emerge per la formazione e per la costruzione del sé professionale? E per lo sviluppo generativo delle persone attraverso lo scenario imminente delle competenze insito nel nuovo Capability Approach? Il saggio si propone di rispondere a questi interrogativi.
