The contribution presents the outcomes of the review work, conducted within the L-19 school, on the use of Learning Outcomes in planning. The activity has led to a revision of educational practices, through processes of sharing and co-construction among teachers. Thanks to moments of meeting and confrontation, it was possible to initiate reflection - never conducted before - on the need to revise the design of the Syllabuses and to organise systematic opportunities for peer discussion and collaborative learning for the improvement of teaching.

Abstract
