Single-port access laparoscopy (SPAL) technique is developing in the gynecological field but few experiences on SPAL myomectomy have been reported. A case of an infertile nulliparous woman who has been observed to have an intramural-subserosal myoma of 4 cm and bilateral sactosalpinx is reported. The patient underwent a SPAL to remove the myoma and bilateral sactosalpinx. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. Total operative time was 94 min.
