Abstract
The newly synthesized 6-derivative of beta-cyclodextrin with histamine, bound through the N-1 of imidazole was used as a ligand for copper(II) ion, the ligand being characterized by NMR spectroscopy and the copper(II) complex by EPR spectroscopy; the complex was used in chiral ligand exchange chromatography and was able to separate L- and D-tryptophan.File in questo prodotto:
