The essay intends to present part of the Piaceri VisInMusA research in which attention is focused on the importance of multisensory museums to promote inclusion.In this sense, museums must work together with the school of autonomy which today has the possibility and the tools to restore the correct balance between governance, didactics and cultural project to build an inclusive school and, consequently, an inclusive society. Consequently, he feels the need to reflect on the importance of the sensory museum in promoting inclusion and valuing differences. The multisensory museum is based on activities of a multisensory nature, which have the ultimate aim of stimulating and excite the participants through the use of various sensory channels in addition to visual observation, with particular reference to the tactile experience, the use of lines guide with audio and video, as well as a creative storytelling method.This new mentality has led to a departure from visual paradigms to exploit the potential of multi-sensory experience, in order to promote inclusion and recognition of the rights of all. Multisensory solutions seem to be more promising for all categories of people, and in particular for people with visual impairment. These multi-sensory solutions, which aim to improve the interaction between all categories of visitors and the works of art, are based on multi-sensory materials. For this reason it could be said that today the responsibilities of the museum world go far beyond the traditional mission of conservation and research. Today the museum is a producer of aesthetic emotions and an intercultural mediator, as it helps to develop dialogue between cultures and people by promoting social and cultural welfare.
Il saggio intende presentare parte della ricerca Piaceri VisInMusA nella quale si focalizza l’attenzione sull’importanza dei musei multisensoriali per promuovere inclusione. In questo senso i musei devono operare insieme alla scuola dell’autonomia che ha oggi la possibilità e gli strumenti per ristabilire il corretto equilibro tra governance, didattica e progetto culturale per cotruire una scuola inclusiva e, di riflesso, una società inclusiva. L’inclusive Education rappresenta infatti la cornice teorica di riferimento attraverso cui si può generare una scuola democratica, più giusta ed equa, in quanto ad ogni studente si offre la possibilità di sviluppare le potenzialità residue per trasformarle in abilità e competenze disciplinari, tecnico-professionali e trasversali. In questo senso, l’A. precisa che la scuola dell’autonomia può promuovere il welfare culturale dando valore al patrimonio artistico, culturale presente nei musei, che devono diventare delle vere e proprie aule didattiche decentrate per tutti e per ciscuno. Di conseguenza avverte la necessità di riflettere sull’importanza del museo sensoriale per promuovere inclusione e valorizzare le differenze. Il museo multisensoriale si fonda su attività, di carattere multisensoriale, che hanno lo scopo ultimo di stimolare ed emozionare i partecipanti attraverso l’uso di diversi canali sensoriali oltre all’osservazione visiva, con particolare riferimento all’esperienza tattile, all’uso di linee guida con audio e video, nonché a metodo di narrazione creativa. Le soluzioni multisensoriali sembrano essere più promettenti per tutte le categorie di persone, ed in particolare per i soggetti con disabilità visiva. Queste soluzioni multisensoriali, che hanno lo scopo di migliorare l’interazione tra tutte le categorie di visitatori e le opere d’arte, si basano su materiali multisensoriali. Per questo motivo si potrebbe dire che ad oggi le responsabilità del mondo dei musei vanno ben oltre la tradizionale missione di conservazione e ricerca. Oggi il museo è un produttore di emozioni estetiche e un mediatore interculturale, in quanto contribuisce a sviluppare il dialogo tra le culture e le persone promuovendo welfare sociale e culturale.
