In this research a miniaturized pipe organ with mechanical traction including the complex electronic system has been developed. The prototype is manufactured in order to reflect the organist and pianist feelings to the keyboard’s reactions for typical mechanical and electric control systems. To compare the perception of reactions, in addition to the mechanical control system, the organ instrument also has provided an electric control system. Measurements of force and key displacements have been proposed to describe the dynamic behavior of the key action and reveal the haptic perception of the pipe organ.

Abstract
