Il contributo, che passa in rassegna alcune delle opere più importanti di Moriz Wlassak dimostrandone la loro perdurante attualità, costituisce un invito a rileggere una serie di lavori che ancora oggi appaiono utili allo studioso del diritto processuale civile e criminale romano, dal momento che suggeriscono nuovi angoli di visuale dai quali guardare alcuni dei problemi ancora aperti ed insoluti dell’odierna ricerca romanistica processualistica.
