This work investigates the dimension of legal formalization produced during the Covid-19 pandemic concerning the implementation of government policies and social policies regarding children’s rights. It is a comparative analysis of two European countries with different welfare models: Italy and Poland. The theoretical approach concerns the socio-juridical debate on the relationship between minors and rights, the current sociological models of representation of children and the influence of the social policies of each country in the recognition and protection of their rights. On an empirical level, a qualitative-quantitative and comparative text analysis methodology was used, which, in an explorative and reconstructive perspective, made it possible to analyse if and to what extent the regulatory production of the two countries during the Pandemic affected the minors and in particular the rights of children.

Abstract
This work investigates the dimension of legal formalization produced during the Covid-19 pandemic concerning the implementation of government policies and social policies regarding children’s rights. It is a comparative analysis of two European countries with different welfare models: Italy and Poland. The theoretical approach concerns the socio-juridical debate on the relationship between minors and rights, the current sociological models of representation of children and the influence of the social policies of each country in the recognition and protection of their rights. On an empirical level, a qualitative-quantitative and comparative text analysis methodology was used, which, in an explorative and reconstructive perspective, made it possible to analyse if and to what extent the regulatory production of the two countries during the Pandemic affected the minors and in particular the rights of children.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
