Perceived and Attended Quality Within Tourist Market. Tourism to be successful has to have high proile of quality. Quality question regards the minimisation of the gap between expectations and experiences. Therefore, it is necessary to consider competitiveness and quality all together, because the latter can be mean of the former. Quality problem concerns also a difference between attended quality and perceived quality and in this study we have focused on this aim by taking into account a Sicilian area, known as Province of Enna, through a statistical analysis of collected data from survey.
