On the occasion of the centenary of the publication of Heinrich Siber’s volume, entitled “Naturalis obligatio” (1925), the author retraces the original thought contained therein on the institution of the obligatio naturalis and its evolution in Roman legal experience, highlighting its merits, its criticisms, but also the fate that Siber’s thought had among scholars, including the author herself, who dedicated themselves to that same theme over the course of the following hundred years.
Ricorrendo il centenario della pubblicazione del volume di Heinrich Siber, dal titolo “Naturalis obligatio” (1925), l’a. ripercorre l’originario pensiero ivi contenuto sull’istituto dell’obligatio naturalis e della sua evoluzione nell’esperienza giuridica romana, mettendone in luce i pregi, le critiche, ma anche la sorte che quel pensiero di Siber ebbe tra gli studiosi, compresa la stessa a., che nel corso dei successivi cento anni si dedicarono a quello stesso tema.
