Abstract
Access to university education in prison occurs in a uneven manner across the national territory, through specific agreements between university institutions and local prison administrations. In this framework, university programs for inmates and didactic activities have been offered and structured through Poli Universitari Penitenziari (PUP) and coordinated since 2018 by the university delegates network CNUPP. At present 47 PUP are offering courses, promoting social inclusion and fostering new relationships. Some steps can now be taken for recognising these activities as a structured presence within either University and Penitentiary administrations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
