Tradizione e trasmissione delle fonti giuridiche nella critica di Abu Ja'far al-Tusi

The focus of this work is, on one hand, all the production of 'ilm al-rijal written by Abu Ja'far al-Tusi (d. 1067), and, on the other, the Introduction to the Istibsar fi ikhtalafa min al-akhbar, which is dedicated to topics of hadith criticism. My purpose is to reconstruct al-Tusi method of work and verify whether the objective of his study of the reports, in its two components, matn and isnad, is the assessment of their authenticity or instead is aimed to identify their possible use as a sign of divine law in view of to dilate the shar '.

L'oggetto di studio del presente lavoro è, da una parte, tutta la produzione del 'ilm al-rijal di Abu Ja'far al-Tusi (m. 1067) a noi pervenuta, dall'altra, l'Introduzione dell'Istibsar fi ma ikhtalafa min al-alkhbar, dedicata a questioni di critica del hadith, per ricostruire il suo metodo di lavoro e verificare se l'obiettivo dello studio degli akhbar, nelle sue due componenti, matn e isnad, sia l'accertamento della loro autenticità attraverso una rigorosa analisi storico-filologica della trasmissione o invece è teso all'individuazione dell'eventuale utilizzazione del khabar come un indizio della legge divina in uno sforzo di dilatazione dello shar'.
