Reports on higher-order gestations are very scanty, and limited data exist for children born from sextuplet pregnancies. Herein, we report on the 10-year outcomes of four surviving children born from a sextuplet gestation. They underwent monthly clinical examinations after discharge from the hospital until the age of 1 year, followed by semiannual examinations until the age of 4 years and finally annual examinations until they reached the age of 10 years.
