A study on mealybugs and their parasitoids was conducted from April to December 2007 in two vineyards of the Cap-Bon region (North-East of Tunisia). According to their microscopic characteristics, two mealybug species, Planococcus ficus and P. citri were recorded on vines. The pheromone-based monitoring system showed that the male flight activity of the two mealybug species extended from April to November with predominance of P. ficus males in Takelsa vineyard (6 flight peaks) and of P. citri males in Mraїssa vineyard (7 flight peaks). Only one parasitoid, Anagyrus sp. near pseudococci was identified from the mealybugs.
